Product Warranty
At HappyShopping24/7, we are committed to providing genuine, high-quality watches. Every brand-name watch purchased from our store is covered by a warranty of 1 to 2 years, depending on the brand.
If your watch experiences any of the following issues during the warranty period, it will be serviced under our warranty program:
- Abnormally gaining time
- Abnormally losing time
- Not keeping accurate time
What’s Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive wear and tear or use beyond the manufacturer’s recommended water-resistance guidelines. Consequential or incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
The warranty also does not cover:
- Defects in or damage to the battery, case, crystal, strap, bracelet, or plating on the case and/or bracelet.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, lack of care, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or aging.
- Water damage caused by failure to follow the product’s specified water-resistance instructions.
- Products not purchased directly from HappyShopping24/7 or an authorized retailer.
Return Policy
At HappyShopping24/7, customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Products must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Return requests must be made within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the product.
Return Method
Returns must be handed over only to our designated courier agent at the time of delivery or as instructed by our customer support team.

Exchange & Refund

We currently do not offer product exchanges.
Refund Policy
- No restocking fees will be charged.
- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–15 business days using the original payment method, where applicable.
